Final Fight (SNES)
About this item
Final Fight on the SNES (1991) was one of the console's early heavy hitters — a launch-window port of Capcom's legendary arcade beat-'em-up. Haggar, Cody, and the streets of Metro City became iconic through this version, even though Capcom had to cut Guy and the two-player mode to fit it on the cartridge.
It's a cornerstone title for any SNES collection. As a launch-era game with massive name recognition, demand stays consistently high. The game is common enough in loose form to be affordable, but complete-in-box copies in nice condition are a different story — early SNES releases took a beating from excited new console owners.
Loose carts should have a clean, unfaded label — there are enough copies out there that you don't need to settle for damaged ones. For CIB collectors, pay close attention to box corners and the tray insert. Early SNES boxes were thinner cardboard than later releases, making mint examples genuinely uncommon.
