Queen - A Night at the Opera (Vinyl LP)

Queen’s fourth studio album, released in 1975, is widely regarded as their magnum opus. A Night at the Opera features the legendary six-minute epic Bohemian Rhapsody, which spent nine weeks at number one in the UK and redefined what a pop single could be.

The album was the most expensive rock record ever produced at the time, with elaborate multi-tracked harmonies, genre-hopping arrangements, and Brian May’s iconic guitar layering. Other standouts include You’re My Best Friend, Love of My Life, and the vaudeville closer God Save the Queen.

Original 1975 pressings on EMI (with the embossed gatefold sleeve) are the most sought-after, but even later reissues hold steady value on the secondhand market. One of the most traded Queen LPs on Vinted, Marktplaats, and eBay in the Netherlands.
