Thunderdome VII — Injected with a Poison was released in early 1995, continuing the series' twice-or-more-per-year cadence. The title nods to the era's crossover energy — gabber was absorbing influences and pushing into the mainstream at speed. By this point, the Thunderdome brand itself had become the defining name in Dutch hardcore techno, and the compilations functioned as both scene documentation and commercial product.
