The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (1998) for Nintendo 64 is consistently rated among the greatest games ever made. It pioneered 3D action-adventure gameplay and set the template for every Zelda that followed.

PAL cartridges are common but complete-in-box copies with manual are increasingly valuable. Grey cartridge versions are standard; gold cartridges (early print) are rarer and worth more. Test the cartridge save battery — after 25+ years, many are failing.
